Brief explanation of the IESF evaluation system

Four Departmental Evaluations

The evaluation system assesses National Federation activities across four key departments:

    • Operations Department: Contributes 30% of the total points, focusing on organizational efficiency and governance.
    • Competitions Department: Contributes 30% of the total points, evaluating performance, hosting and managing esports competitions.
    • Marketing Department: Contributes 30% of the total points, emphasizing efforts in promotion, branding, and audience engagement.
    • Athletes Committee Department: Contributes 10% of the total points, recognizing activities that prioritize athlete welfare and representation.

Monitoring: Activities of each National Federation are meticulously recorded by the respective departments throughout the year to ensure accurate and fair evaluation.

Assessment: The recorded activities are analyzed at the end of the year, with points distributed based on departmental contributions to the overall score.
